Classification and Compensation
Escambia County Classification and Compensation is responsible for designing, communicating, implementing and administering classification and compensation plans, along with conducting job analyses, developing job descriptions and participating in wage surveys. Classification and Compensation also persistently evaluates the market to recommend competitive pay and benefits.
