Title VI, ADA/504 and Language Assistance

laws and regulations, the County will not exclude from participation in, deny the
benefits of, or subject to discrimination anyone on the grounds of race, color,
national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, income or family status.
Presidential Executive Order 13166 addresses services for individuals with limited
English proficiency. To address federal requirements, the Escambia County Board of
County Commissioners has developed a Title VI Plan, ADA/504 Plan and Limited English
Proficiency Plan.
