Emergency Solutions Grant Program
Since 1991, Escambia County has received $2.688 million in Emergency Solutions Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to assist homeless households. Eligible activities under the ESG program provides funding for street outreach, emergency shelter, homeless prevention and rapid rehousing, and Homeless Management Information System support.
