The Residential Rehab Grant Program is available for certain areas.

Call the Community Redevelopment Agency at 850-595-3217 to check for availability.

The Community Redevelopment Agency currently offers programming to assist with the cost of eligible home repairs and improvements. Assistance is available for rehabilitation of residential property, exterior painting and hazardous tree removal and/or trimming for eligible applicants located within an Escambia County designated redevelopment district.

Notice to Potential Applicants

Please be advised that all projects must be approved and a Notice to Proceed issued by the Community Redevelopment Agency prior to commencement to receive assistance.
