The following programs are available for certain areas:

Call the Community Redevelopment Agency at 850-595-3217 to check for availability.

The Community Redevelopment Agency offers grant programs to assist commercial property and business owners located within an Escambia County designed redevelopment districts with costs associated with sign improvements.

Notice to Prospective Applicants

All projects must be approved and a Notice to Proceed issued by the Community Redevelopment Agency prior to commencement to receive assistance.

For additional information on programs and service provided by the Community Redevelopment Agency or to determine if your property is located in a designated redevelopment district contact our office.
