Due to the various zoning districts in unincorporated Escambia County, the zoning of your property depends upon its location. To provide you accurate zoning information, planning staff need both your property reference number and your address. The property reference number is found on your property tax bill or receipt. With this 16-digit number in hand, we can locate your parcel or lot on our zoning maps and determine both your zoning and future land use designations. Please contact the Escambia County Property Appraiser at 850-434-2735 or www.escpa.org to obtain your property reference number.
Staff is available every day at the front counter or via telephone to answer questions pertaining to zoning, land use certificates, development and more.
To inquire about your property, you may email your question to zoninginfo@myescambia.com. Please provide the parcel number and or the address of the property. Our staff will reply to your email within 24 hours. You may also send a fax using one of the forms listed below to 850-595-3557.
You may locate your property reference number or account number online at the Escambia County Property Appraiser's website.
