The Escambia County Waste Services Department will host the next Regional Roundup on Saturday, Feb. 9 from 8 a.m. until noon at Escambia High School, 1310 N. 65th Ave. Regional Roundup events provide an opportunity to properly dispose of electronics, household hazardous waste and up to four tires per vehicle, free of charge.

Olive Road will experience short-term lane closures beginning Thursday, Dec. 13 at 9 a.m. A portion of Olive Road between Tippin Avenue and Malibu Drive will be closed to through traffic. Traffic heading eastbound on Olive Road will be detoured to Tippin Avenue, around the the north intersection of Tippin Avenue and Malibu Drive, back to Olive Road.
