Escambia County Department of Animal Welfare would like to remind the public of their free pet adoption special available until Monday, Oct. 31. Licensing fees will also be waived during this time. Adoption fees include spay or neutering services, microchips, heartworm tests and initial vaccinations including rabies vaccinations.
