Waterfront Rescue Mission will open its cold weather shelter on Monday, Jan. 15, at 4 p.m. for individuals seeking temporary shelter from the cold. The shelter will remain open during the daytime as a warming center. Waterfront will remain open while temperatures are below 40 degrees.
