Development of a 2.09-acre parcel for a 12,480 square-foot commercial retail building. An onsite stormwater pond will be constructed to accommodate new site impervious cover. The development will include paved site access to E Olive Road and Cody Lane. Potable water and sanitary sewer are available through connections to Emerald Coast Utilities Authority water and sewer systems, respectively. This project received conditional use approval from the Escambia County Board of Adjustment on 7/20/2022 to allow a retail building greater than 6,000 square-feet in the HDMU zoning district.
