Construction of the supporting infrastructure within an approved 63.41-acre 145-lot single-family residential subdivision (24062438PSD-PP), including paved public streets, a public] stormwater pond and conveyance system including operation and maintenance, and potable water and sanitary sewer facilities. 

For Public Subdivisions: Escambia County intends to accept the proposed stormwater system, including all associated conveyances within publicly dedicated easements, for perpetual operation and maintenance. County acceptance is contingent upon the approval of the system conversion to Operation and Maintenance by the Northwest Florida Water Management District (NWFWMD) or the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), as applicable. County acceptance of perpetual operation and maintenance of stormwater systems authorized by 10/2 Self Certification will not occur until the two-year warranty is released and/or accepted. Additionally, all publicly dedicated stormwater systems shall pass an Escambia County inspection prior to county acceptance of any operation and maintenance responsibilities.
