The Building Inspections Division provides permitting information and offers online access for registered users to schedule inspections.

  • Inspections can be easily be scheduled online until 6 a.m. for same day inspections.
  • Once entered, inspections are scheduled in “real time” and immediately sent to the inspector’s wireless computer in the field.
  • Contractors are able to create a login and manage projects easily.
  • Citizen access has many features that provide permit information, status and more.

  • The Interactive Voice Response system, or IVR, is also available by calling 850-273-4864 and following the prompts. Same-day inspections may also be set using this system if called in by 4:30 a.m.
