This Development Order is for a revised construction plans from the approved Development Order dated December 1, 2021. The construction plans consist of a five (5) lot commercial Subdivision on 13.01± acre parcel from the existing minor subdivision project number (18113794PSD-MSD). The subdivision will connect to Fallchase at Pathstone Phase 1 (20093894PSD-FP) existing (wet) detention pond. Access to the subdivision will include 50' public right-of-way that will connect to Pathstone Boulevard to West Nine Mile Road. Potable water and sanitary sewer will be provided through connections to ECUA.
