Infrastructure Division

The Infrastructure Division comprises three teams—Server, Network, and Security—that design, operate, and protect the County’s core technology platforms.

Server Team

Manages server and storage platforms across two County data centers (including power and environmental systems).
Performs backup and recovery to protect County data and services.
Currently supports ~156 servers and ~170 TB of data.

Network Team

Supports routers, switches, secure Wi-Fi, internet access, and VPN.
Maintains core network services (DNS / DHCP / NTP), traffic management, and load balancing.
Operates Cisco Unified Communications Manager with ~2,000 VoIP phones across the County.

Security Team

Implements a layered defense across people, process, and technology.
Leads vulnerability management, security awareness, and policy.
Monitors and responds to threats to keep County systems secure and resilient.
