The Information Technology Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to keep County systems, data, and services available. Our goal is simple: reliable, secure technology that works whenever our customers need it.

Leadership Availability

Our CIO, managers, and supervisors are committed to being accessible and engaged.

  • Available by phone, email, or text during normal business hours.
  • After-hours non-critical issues are responded to within 4 hours.
  • Critical service situations receive a response within 30 minutes.
  • A backup point of contact is always designated during vacations or planned absences.
  • Leaders are dedicated to the success of every team member and the departments we serve.
