The Construction Management Division provides and manages programs and contract services of civil engineering infrastructure design, construction and inspections for all divisions and departments within Escambia County. Typical projects include new improvements or rehabilitation of the following: drainage systems, bridges, roadway infrastructure, sidewalks, water features, community redevelopment and park facilities.
