I certify that the answers given herein are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that giving false information or omitting information could result in rejection of my application or dismissal if I am selected to be a volunteer with Escambia County Fire Rescue.

I understand the position of volunteer with Escambia County Fire Rescue is considered “safety sensitive” and requires a mandatory drug test be performed. Failure to complete the drug test within 7 days of passing the ECFR Physical Ability Test (PAT) will result in the dismissal of my application for a period of 1 year.
