The Siguenza Cove - Gongora Drive Resurfacing project is located in District 1 on the Perdido Key Barrier Island.
This project is subject to specific material requirements as outlined in the County Land Development Code and Design Standards Manual and consisted of a partial reconstruction of roadway to areas on Gongora Drive and Don Carlos Drive. It also included resurfacing a portion of River Road, Don Carlos Drive, Gongora Drive, and Siguenza Drive. Shoulder work identified along Siguenza Drive (in Area 5) was accomplished using compacted Bahama Rock material. The multi-use path that runs parallel to the reconstruction area of Gongora Drive from Don Carlos Drive to Perdido Key Drive was resurfaced as part of the project.
