Perdido Key Drive at Johnson's Beach Intersection Improvements

Intersection improvements have been evaluated at the intersection of Perdido Key Drive and Johnson's Beach Road in the heart of Perdido Key. This intersection is currently stop controlled only on Johnson's Beach Road. Concerns from residents include high speeds, lack of sidewalks/crosswalks, unsafe left turn movements, and lighting.  This project creates a safer intersection and supports a safe pedestrian crossing of the Johnson's Beach multi-use path with the proposed Perdido Key Multi-Use Path.
