Reminder: BCC to Hold First Public Budget Hearing Sept. 11

The Escambia County Board of County Commissioners will hold its first public budget hearing Monday, Sept. 11, at 5:01 p.m. The hearing will take place in the board chambers of the Ernie Lee Magaha Government Building, located on the first floor of 221 Palafox Place. Escambia County will begin operating under the new budget on Oct. 1, which is the start of the 2023-2024 fiscal year. The proposed 2023-2024 budget can be viewed online at MyEscambia.com/budget.

Escambia County uses CivicClerk for its agenda, backup documentation, meeting minutes management, board and citizen portal, and electronic voting.
