Escambia County Rebate Program

This incentive program provides for refunding development fees and property taxes on existing structures, as well as the ability to provide a direct grant to eligible companies. Grants and refunds range between $1,000 and $5,000 per new job created and are dependent on the number of new jobs generated, wage rate and investment. Fees are refunded over a five-year period. Note: This is a refund program; the amount refunded cannot exceed the amount of fees and taxes paid to Escambia County.
