A purchase order is the agreement between a vendor and Escambia county to buy a good of service at a specific price. The system is maintained by the Office of Purchasing and is paid by Escambia Clerk of Court, who is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the county as serves as the accountant, auditor and custodian of tax dollars.
