The McElhaney Road Culverts Repair project is located in District 5 and includes “in-kind” repair of damages that occurred to the existing cross drains, located at the 7000 and 8000 block of McElhaney Road, and other items that were impacted by Hurricane Sally in September 2020. The repairs will include hazard mitigation updates and upgrades extending the stormwater culvert system required by Escambia County's codes & technical standards.
