The Frichez Heights subdivision is an existing development located in District 3, north of the junction between Interstate Highways 10 and 110 and East Olive Road (see map below). The neighborhood includes 70 homes in an area of approximately 55 acres.
This project is a continuation of drainage improvements to East Olive Road and will address the current conditions of the infrastructure and provide solutions to upgrade (when possible) the storm system to current drainage standards to improve protection from residential flooding.
