The Engineering Division of Escambia County intends to construct a roadway and drainage system on Fillingim Lane as part of the County's Dirt Road Paving Program (DRP).
Fillingim Lane is approximately 1,470 linear feet or 0.28 miles of graded road surface located in District 5 off Fairgrounds Road.
It is the intent of the County to construct a minimal 18’ asphalt roadway with accompanying drainage system within existing and acquired right-of-way.
