The Engineering Division of Escambia County intended to construct a roadway and drainage system on Fillingim Lane as part of the County's Dirt Road Paving Program.
Fillingim Lane is approximately 1,470 linear feet or 0.28 miles of graded road surface located off Fairgrounds Road, in District 5.
It was the intent of the County to construct a minimal 18’ asphalt roadway with accompanying drainage system within the existing and acquired right-of-way. However, the road will not be paved due to right-of-way limitations.
