Escambia County’s Engineering Division completed the Devine Farms Road Realignment Project in District 5. These improvements were made to provide a safe intersection with Highway 97. In addition to the realignment of Devine Farms Road, Escambia County also retrofit the Windsong Pond per the attached plans provided by HDR, Inc.
