FDEM/HMGP (Hurricane Sally Event): FEMA's Notice of Funding Opportunity associated with Hurricane Sally was issued May 10, 2021. Escambia County grant application for acquisition/demolition was submitted August 13, 2021.
Three separate Public Notices were posted on the Escambia County website in March 2022 for public comment. Public Notices are attached in the link below.
A Public Meeting was held at the Central Office Complex, 3363 West Park Place, Pensacola, FL at 3:00 pm on 4/12/23; and again at 10:00 am on 4/13/23 regarding the Rebuild Florida Voluntary Home Buyout Grant.
