Bridle Trail Estates (Lake Charlene Phase II)

The Bridle Trail Estates Subdivision is an existing development located west of Lake Charlene in southwest Pensacola. The subdivision includes 94 homes in an area of approximately 42 acres. Most of the infrastructure was constructed post 1978. The project area is located with the Warrington Drainage Basin. This project is a continuation of drainage improvements to nearby Lake Charlene but requires an outfall other than Lake Charlene. Lake Charlene discharges to Jones Swamp. The purpose of the project is to address flooding problems within the project area without contributing stormwater to Lake Charlene.
