The Gary Sansing Public Forum is intended for matters not included on the agenda for the Regular Meeting. Citizens wishing to address items on the agenda must indicate such items in the sign-up form below for the Regular Board of County Commissioners’
Meeting. Speakers shall refrain from abusive or profane language, disruptive outbursts, protests, or other conduct which interferes with the orderly conduct of the meeting.
Pursuant to the Public Forum and Written Communications Policy for the Board of County Commissioners’ Meetings, Section I, A4, citizens wishing to speak at the Public Forum will be heard immediately prior to the Regular Board of County Commissioners’
Meeting. Speakers must attend the Gary Sansing Public Forum or Board of County Commissioners meeting in-person in order to be heard. Please note that a citizen may only speak once during the Public
Forum and for a length of time determined by the Chairman regardless of the
number of topics they wish to address. Citizens wishing to speak in quasi-judicial hearings in the Growth Management Report must have spoken during the hearings previously held by the Planning Board.
