Registration is now open for Escambia County's Youth Connection After School Program, providing local youth with a fun, educational, and recreational environment at several Escambia County community centers.
The program is open to Escambia County youth ages 5-13. Limited spaces are available.

- Completed registration application; or
- Completed scholarship application with proof of income to have the registration fee waived
This year's Youth Connection After School Program will take place from Monday, Aug. 17, 2026, through Friday, May 21, 2027, Monday-Friday from 1-4:30 p.m. at the following community centers:
- Brownsville Community Center, 3200 W. De Soto St.
- Dorrie Miller Community Center, 2819 N. Miller St.
- Ebonwood Community Center, 3511 W. Scott St.
- Marie K. Young-Wedgewood Community Center, 6405 Wagner Road
The Youth Connection After School Program will offer fun and educational activities including academic enrichment, arts and crafts, sports and fitness, educational and nutritional programs, drama and cultural activities, and more. After school program participants will also receive homework help and tutoring during their time in the program.
