Public Notice for Attorney/Client Sessions Scheduled for Oct. 3

The attorney/client session regarding the case of Hollie Wentworth v. Escambia County, Florida, Case No. 2022 CA 000190, scheduled to take place Thursday, Oct. 3 at 3:30 p.m. has been canceled.

The attorney/client session regarding pending litigation in the case of Melissa Johnston v. Escambia County, Florida, Case No. 2023 CA 002625, in accordance with Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes will take place as scheduled Thursday, Oct. 3 at 4 p.m. in the Ernie Lee Magaha Government Building, Board Chambers, 221 Palafox Place, Pensacola, Florida. At the conclusion of the private session, the Board will reconvene to announce the termination of the session and may take formal action. Commissioners Steven Barry, Jeff Bergosh, Mike Kohler, and Lumon J. May, County Administrator Wes Moreno, County Attorney Alison P. Rogers, and Senior Assistant County Attorney William L. Nelson, will attend. A certified court reporter will attend and report the attorney/client session.
