Escambia County to Host How to do Business with Local Government Workshop Aug. 3

In partnership with the City of Pensacola and the Gulf Coast Minority Chamber of Commerce, Escambia County will host a free workshop for local businesses on how to establish a working relationship with local government. The workshop will be held Wednesday, Aug. 3 from 5:30-7 p.m. in the Central Office Complex conference room located at 3363 W. Park Place in Pensacola.
 
During the workshop, attendees will learn key steps for registering as a preferred vendor, procedures for bidding and procurement, best practices to present a product or service, and future businesses opportunities with your local government. Presentations will be given by Jeffrey Lovingood, Escambia County; and Dedria Lunderman, City of Pensacola. The presentations will be followed by a question and answer session along with opportunities for networking.
