The Escambia County Board of Commissioners will hold its Second Public Budget Hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 21 at 5:31 p.m. The meeting will take place in the board chambers of the Ernie Lee Magaha Government Building, found on the first floor of 221 Palafox Place.
