Reopen Escarosa Document to Provide Resources for Businesses and Public
  • In an effort to provide the public in Northwest Florida concise and accurate information related to COVID-19 business resources, a consortium of Escambia and Santa Rosa County business, economic development, and tourism agencies have joined together to create the Reopen Escarosa resource document.   This document contains information related to Phase One of Governor Ron Desantis’ Reopening Florida Plan with an emphasis on safety guidance for businesses and COVID-19 information for the general public.
  • “With so much information being sent out about COVID-19, we wanted to provide a one-stop resource that answers many of the questions the public has about guidelines for businesses and how we are currently operating,” said Greater Pensacola Chamber of Commerce President Todd Thomson.  “Our goal is a safe reopening of our local economy.”
  • The Reopening Escarosa resource document contains information related to key economic industries in northwest Florida with recommended guidelines for businesses along with general health and testing information for the public.
  • “We are proud to be a partner in this two-county effort to provide support to our business and non-profit communities,” stated Santa Rosa County Chamber President Donna Tucker.  “As we move forward to re-opening and re-establishing our lives here in Northwest Florida, we ask that you keep us informed and updated on how we can best assist you.”
  • This document will be updated as new information becomes available and new programs are initiated.
