County to Provide Press Availability after Committee of the Whole Meeting March 12

Immediately following the Committee of the Whole meeting on Thursday, March 12, the following county staff will be available to respond to questions regarding preventative actions the county is taking related to COVID-19:

  • County Administrator Janice P. Gilley
  • Interim Public Safety Director John Dosh
  • Emergency Manager Eric Gilmore
  • Corrections Director W. Rich Powell
  • ECAT Director Tonya Ellis
  • Facilities Director Cassie Boatwright

The COW agenda includes a COVID-19 update by Dr. Lanza with the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County and Escambia County Emergency Manager Eric Gilmore. The COW meeting will take place at 9 a.m. in the Ernie Lee Magaha Government Building, Board Chambers (first floor), located at 221 Palafox Place.
