Severe Weather Awareness Week is presented each year by the Florida Division of Emergency Management as a statewide education campaign to teach students and residents about all severe weather hazards. The 2017 Severe Weather Awareness Week will take place Monday, Jan. 23 – Friday, Jan. 27.
