Cherokee Trail Sidewalks Community Meeting Moved to Nov. 15

Published Nov 3, 2016
Escambia County Public Works staff will be hosting a public information meeting for residents in and surrounding Cherokee Trail at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at the Sherwood Elementary School Cafeteria located at 501 Cherokee Trail.

The meeting is an effort to interact with the community and inform them of the county’s plans to construct sidewalks from Mobile Highway to Apache Trail. Funded by the county’s Neighborhood Enhancement Program - Safe Walk to Schools, the project will provide a safe walking path for all residents in the area.
