Dust Off Your Old Baseball Bats, Gloves For 2016 Spring Softball

The Escambia County Parks and Recreation Department will begin accepting registrations for 2016 spring softball leagues for adults ages 18 and older on Monday, Feb. 15. The deadline to submit all entries for participation is Friday, March 4, and all entries must be submitted to the Escambia County Parks and Recreation Department, 1651 E. Nine Mile Rd. League play will begin on Monday, March 14.

  • Church League for Men: 12 total scheduled games played as double-headers on Tuesday evenings practicing USSSA modified rules. Teams allow two outreach players and rosters will be confirmed with participating churches. Cost of team is $400
  • Co-Ed League: 12 total scheduled games played Thursday evenings practicing USSSA modified rules with a team cost of $400
  • Men’s League: 14 total scheduled games played as double-headers on Wednesday evenings practicing USSSA modified rules at a team cost of $400 (Men’s A Division – 6HR/out Men’s B Division – 3HR/out)

*League management reserves the right to reassign teams to different divisions
