Florida Association of Counties President's Scholarship Opportunity

The Florida Association of Counties (FAC) President’s Scholarship is awarded each year to an outstanding graduating senior from the incoming FAC President’s home county. As Commissioner Robinson is our incoming FAC President, this year’s scholarship recipient will be from Escambia County.

The student must be the son or daughter (natural or stepchild) of a Board of County Commission employee (not from school board, sheriff department, etc.), must be accepted at a Florida college or university, have good academic standing and be interested in public service.

All applications must be delivered to the following address by Tuesday, June 3:

The scholarship will be for $1,500 and a check presentation will be made at a future Escambia County Board of County Commission meeting.

The scholarship will also be announced during the Officer’s Installation Luncheon on Thursday, June 19, at FAC’s Annual Conference at the Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orange County.
