Ashlee Hofberger, District 4 and Vice Chair

Commissioner Ashlee Hofberger was appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis on Oct. 4, 2024 to represent District 4, where she serves as Vice Chair. She was elected by the citizens of District 4 in November 2024.

A Pensacola native and University of West Florida alumna, Hofberger has deep ties to her community and a strong commitment to its growth and success.

Since 2010, she has been an entrepreneur and business owner, focusing on fostering local economic development.

Hofberger holds the SHRM-CP designation, the SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, and is an Emergenetics Certified Associate, highlighting her expertise in team building and talent management. Her leadership philosophy—centered on candor and kindness—drives her efforts to uplift the community and create a positive impact in District 4.

Hofberger is active with local community groups and initiatives including Pace Center for Girls, Echo Life Church, and the Krewe of Warriors.

Current term: November 2024 to November 2026.
