The Escambia County Office of Purchasing will hold a free "How to do Business with Escambia County" event open to current vendors and anyone interested in joining the county's vendor registry. The event will take place Monday, Nov. 3 from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Ferry Pass Community Center, located at 8800 N. 9th Ave.
During the workshop, attendees will learn the key steps for registering as a vendor, best practices for submitting bids and proposals, and the process that follows a project award. The event will feature a presentation from guest speaker District 4 Commissioner Ashlee Hofberger, followed by a question-and-answer session along with opportunities for networking.
