NOTICE OF ESCAMBIA COUNTY DELEGATION PUBLIC MEETING
The purpose of hearing public testimony on the proposed legislative amendment to the Pensacola-Escambia Promotion and Development Commission’s (PEDC) bylaws.
Representative Andrade will be joined by Senator Doug Broxson and Representative Mike Hill to discuss the proposed amendment.
The delegation meeting will include a public input session. If a citizen wishes to speak, speaker request forms are available from Representative Andrade’s office at [email protected].
The meeting will conclude with a vote by the delegation to approve or reject the requested amendment to the PEDC. A majority vote in favor of the proposed amendment will result in a member of the delegation presenting the amendment to the Florida Legislature.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Chapter 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons in need of special accommodations to participate in the meeting, including agendas, interpreters or assisted listening devices, shall contact the office of Representative Alex Andrade no later than three (3) days prior to the meeting so that accommodations can be satisfied.
One or more Escambia County Commissioners and PEDC Board members may be in attendance.
