Southwest Greenway Expansion Ph IV

 

The Southwest Greenway Expansion Phase IV is located in southwest Escambia County along Jones Creek.  The trail project extends along the creek connecting to existing boardwalk,  accessible from 1190 Decatur Ave parking area.  The trail will continue west through Jones Swamp and terminate into a footpath west of Fairfield Drive.  The improvements are located on parcels 21-2S-31-6101-005-001, 21-2S-31-6101-001 and 21-2S-31-6101-000-002.  This project included the addition of approximately 1700 linear feet of elevated boardwalk to the Southwest Greenway Trail.
