The existing pond on Windsong Lane was constructed without a positive outfall built to the 100-year storage and 25-year conveyance standard requirements of today.
This pond rehabilitation project will enhance storage capacity, provide positive outfall for the detention pond and provide an increased capacity to the stormwater conveyance system in order to reduce or eliminate flood risks to the surrounding neighborhood.
