PHS Area Drainage Improvements

The PHS Area Drainage Improvements project is a multi-phase design intended to relieve chronic flooding along D Street, the PHS school property, and the Rosa Parks subdivision. This project will also provide upstream relief to the Longhollow Pond.

Phase I will provide drainage improvements along D Street and connecting sidewalks to E Street at the Cross Street intersection.

Phase II will include regrading the proposed soccer field (school property) to dually serve as a detention facility.
