Geotech and design are underway for the Renee Terrace Drainage project. This area has a history of standing water and home flooding that has previously required Public Works and Fire Services to pump water from the area into the bay.
The proposed improvements include inlets and a stormdrain trunkline to be installed along Innerarity Point Road and Renee Terrace. The stormdrain trunkline’s purpose is to reduce the frequency of closed basin flooding in the project area as well as improve local conveyance.
The trunkline will be a 14”x23” ERCP and discharge north, to Perdido Bay.
