Project Scope
The Phase IV restoration of the 1884 Old Escambia County Courthouse consists of two primary areas of work: the interior of the old board chambers and the west exterior building elevation. The intent of this restoration project is to return these areas to their original circa 1900s condition. The renovation of the old board chambers will not only attempt to restore the detailing, trim and light fixtures, but also introduce back into the space natural light with the reinstalling of the arched windows on the west side of the building.
