Magnolia Lakes Subdivision - Fallen Tree

During the April 2014 rainfall the storm-drain system experienced a joint failure causing a large area of erosion and soil to wash down into the stormwater pond, causing the failure of a retaining wall and French drain system. In addition, the subdivision experienced storm-sewer line failure along Red Fern Drive and Longwood Drive. Proposed work includes: removal of sediment from the pond, repair of eroded areas, reconnecting existing French drain, repair/replacement of damaged retention wall and anchoring, replacement of damaged storm-sewer and repair of existing road affected by storm-sewer repair.
