FEMA Repair and Mitigation: Macky Bluff

The Macky Bluff stormwater system was damaged in 2020 during Hurricane Sally. This project will repair, in-kind, the stormwater system that outfalls into the Macky Bluff Pond.
In addition to repairing the existing system, an emergency overflow pipe will be installed down Avocet Lane, crossing under Scenic Highway and will discharge into Escambia Bay to alleviate flooding from the East Pond.

The project will be funded by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
