The pond located within Cedarbrook Estates off of Klondike Road was originally constructed as a dry pond and has failed in this capacity. Multiple residents have reported overtopping of the pond resulting in flooding of their properties during rain events of various intensity.
The goal of this project is to install an underdrain and associated outfall in order to restore the pond back to its function as a dry pond.
